December 13, 2011 (Toronto) – tag idea revolution has launched a new national ad campaign for First Choice Haircutters. “BE THE FACE of FCH,” is an exciting web-based contest in search of 10 models that could appear in the 2013 ad campaign for First Choice Haircutters. Consumers can enter online at http://www.BeTheFaceofFCH.com

The campaign will be supported by a national TV campaign, magazine, online and social advertising.

Ten grand prize winners will be flown to New York City. During 3 days in the Big Apple, winners will receive a hair makeover, professional model training and have a photo session with a fashion photographer.

“We’re very excited to launch this program on the heels of the very successful “This is MY” campaign we launched last year that began to change consumer perceptions of First Choice Haircutters. Allowing customers the opportunity to become the next faces to represent the brand will build upon our current program and increase consumer engagement,” says Matt Orlando, President, tag idea revolution.

To register, the consumer must upload a current photo to BeTheFaceofFCH.com and answer the question “Why should I ‘Be The Face’?” A panel of judges, consisting of Wayne Clarke, Rachel Matthews Burton and Jeffrey Kolsrud, will select the top 50 submissions.

The top 10 finalists will be chosen by popular vote on BeTheFaceofFCH.com in April 2012.

Contest voting closes in May 2012 and the 10 winning “Be The Face” candidates will be announced in June 2012 on BeTheFaceofFCH.com, FirstChoice.com, Style-Profile.com and Facebook.com/FirstChoice.
