The new site CARSTAR.ca, is aimed at consumers, allows them the opportunity to quickly search for over 160 locations across Canada and book service appointments online. The site has been completely re-engineered from the back-end through to the front-end design, after a very deep, collaborative and thorough process of understanding the CARSTAR’s online consumer activity. Usability was at the core of this initiative. tag also developed the framework for individual dealer microsites that allows CARSTAR Franchise partners the ability to update current content specifically for their needs.
