After almost 10,000 entries, tag idea revolution wants you to choose the next face of First Choice Haircutters

April 10, 2011 (Toronto) – tag idea revolution launched the second phase of a national initiative for First Choice Haircutters. BE THE FACE of First Choice Haircutters, is an exciting contest in search of 10 finalists that could appear in the 2013 advertising campaign for First Choice Haircutters. Public voting is now open online at http://www.BeTheFaceofFCH.com

“We’re overwhelmed with the amount of entries and the overall success of this program to date. It represents a meaningful, engaged connection between the FCH brand and a wide consumer base,” says Matt Orlando, President, tag idea revolution.

The panel of judges, including FCH brand director Athena Kalkanis, designer Wayne Clarke, fashion stylist Rachel Matthews Burton and talent manager Jeffrey Kolsrud, were extremely busy in March selecting the top submissions by independent voting.

Contest voting closes in May 2012 and the 10 winning “Be The Face” candidates will be announced in June 2012 on BeTheFaceofFCH.com, FirstChoice.com, Style-Profile.com and Facebook.com/FirstChoice.

The 10 grand prize winners will be flown to New York City. During 3 days in the Big Apple, winners will receive a hair makeover, professional model training and have a photo session with a fashion photographer.

The campaign will continue to be supported by a national TV campaign, online and social advertising.
